I guess life was too good after graduation last year
that I gained a couple of kilograms (See below).

One fruitful day, I was flabbergasted when I find myself having a little trouble trying to fit into a pair of jeans I had just bought. I was very worried then because if that continues, I will not be able to fit into most of my tight-fit clothes in the wardrobe and I will have to spend a hell lots of money to buy bigger size clothes again. I started dieting, eating lesser and lesser and began to see a slight result. I was happy. My food intake dropped to about 65% to 75% of the total food intake I had in the past. I never remember eating a bowl full of rice ever since.
And today, I realized because this has been going on for so long, I became used to it already. I can never eat like how I ate in the past and I get contented with little amount of food easily. I don't exercise and yet I can maintain the weight. I do not know if this is good or bad. Actually I am very confused myself...
But after more in-depth thinking, I must say I usually over-eat in the past. I cannot bear to see food being wasted and so I gobbled them all into my mouth. Now ladies and gentlemen, this is a very bad thing to do! Never try this at home. I am glad I realized my mistake and stop doing the wrong thing at that point of time. Today, I am sharing with you my story, hoping that youngsters nowadays can watch their diet closely and not over-eat.
