That day, I went Holland to get Linda's number one favourite cheesecake for her, it was the same branch we both last ate the cheesecake at, just the two of us, looking at the table we sat, I could almost hear our laughters, as we match it along with our always must have mocha with extra chocolate, the scene stays clearly memorable in my head, no I meant in my heart, I really do miss her deeply and I don't think I will look forward to go NYDC or even eat the best cheesecake ever again, it feels awfully different without going there with her!
My lunch the another day where I messed the
whole kitchen and broke a beautiful cup.
I placed the crackers in the fridge for 10 mins before eating,
it tasted fantastic and elastic, imagine cold spicy crackers,
super shiok can!
The vegetarian rice dumpling is supposed to be in triangular shape,
but as I don't know how to remove it nicely from the Pandan leaf,
it ended up looking much like what you see on top.
I was supposed to fry the kueh made by my fabulous aunty,
but the popping and popping of the cooking oil scares me,
ended up steaming it, but for the first time in my life though!
I made breakfast tea too, and I don't know why I need 2 cups,
and why I used 2 different kind of cups.
Attention on the white cup please,
I broke it while washing it after eating!
I hardly eat sweet and sinful desserts,
but this one cannot give it a miss.
I love Ponggol Nasi Lemak,
every time I eat at Kovan,
first time eat at Tanjong Katong's branch,
my last time eating this was with Lester too!
