As far as the local media is concern, hardly much nice things have been said about our dear Sun Ho ever since her debut to the scene. I'm sure they prefer the another Sun, whose smoking habit and not-so-graceful past have been well-forgotten by most people.
In the past, we saw her controversy album sales, skimpy Armani dress on Hollywood red carpet, inappropriate outfit as a mother and pastor's wife for her Chinawine Music Video and many other negative reports hit headlines.
In recent years, it seem that she had vanished as the "headline queen", especially when she resides in America, where she focuses her work there. But now that the CHC probe hit the news, it doesn't take long (as expected) before the media decided to make Sun the focus of the news headline.
I think Sun, who shares the same management company in the US as Justin Timberlake, very well deserves to live such a lavish life. I mean which popular celebrity in the world will lead a simply and normal life? Think regional, the number of cars Jay Chou owns, and A-Do from staying in a HDB flat in the heartland and then moving into a condominium unit in Bukit Timah. Adding on to the table is the fact that she, is afterall, the only singer from Asia, who clinched multiple Billboard Number Ones. Give her a break.
