A monk came to our house more than a month ago and said that our unit has very good feng shui. He suggested me to place some dragon thing near the window, facing the waterfall and promised me that everything will go well and that I will strike 4D within a month. It's been almost a month now, but I feel that I experienced more unfortunate events instead.
Some people may think that one with car will drive everyday when he goes out but not in the case of APB. Sometimes, I rather take the public transport as I feel uneasy about zooming around especially during this seventh month period. Just the day before, I almost knock onto a pedestrian and almost accident quite a number of times. I think I want to self-proclaim that I am not one good driver even though I remembered Shermin claimed that I kickass at it. In addition to that, I was summoned just less than 5 minutes after I've parked at that unfaithful lot. But anyway, I want to thank my friends Jon, Marvin, Desmond and Zhao for contributing to APB for the unlucky summon, so touched!
And oh, we finally get to have a chance to talk to Paige's (not Pai Ge) boyfriend, an interesting someone who also have so much faith in Buddhism. That aside, we somehow came to a common conclusion that youngster like us, who speaks and knows mandarin well these days are at the verge of becoming extinct. The society seem to have an increasing number of ang-mo pai (or what you call the jia tang-tang) people, who cannot speak proper (and maybe basic) mandarin. On top of that, a number of them have strong thoughts of migrating to another country in the near future. Not very cool? Oh well, we need to re-evaluate on how to make the speak mandarin campaign more workable.
